Why we exist
The gap we were built for.
Enterprises have a CIO, a security team, and a procurement function. Small businesses can get by on defaults. The organizations in between get neither — they carry enterprise-grade obligations on a staffing plan that never included a technologist.
So the systems get chosen by whoever demoed best, implemented by the vendor's timeline, and maintained by the most willing person in the building. It works until it doesn't: an audit, a stalled project, a departure, an incident.
