Jecovia — Transforming Possibilities

The model

We work for you. That is the whole model.

Every recommendation we make is paid for by you and nobody else. No commissions, no referral fees, no reseller margin — so there's no second answer we'd rather give.

The phases

Four phases, in order.

  1. 1Weeks 1–2

    Discovery

Systems inventory, contract and spend review, stakeholder interviews, workflow mapping. We talk to the people who use the systems, not only the people who bought them.

  2. 2Weeks 3–4

    Assessment & Roadmap

Findings, a risk register, and a prioritized 12–24 month roadmap with cost and effort estimates. Written for an owner or a board, not for a technologist.

  3. 3As scoped

    Execution

We run the selection, implementation, or remediation as your representative. Vendor calls, statements of work, change orders, testing, and go-live all run through us.

  4. 4Standing retainer

    Ongoing Advisory

Roadmap governance, vendor management, renewal defense, and quarterly business reviews. The roadmap stays current instead of aging in a drawer.

Engagement options

Ways to work with us.

Technology Assessment

Fixed fee, two to four weeks. Current-state picture, risk register, and prioritized roadmap. You keep the deliverable whether or not you continue with us.

Project Engagement

Scoped work with a defined outcome: an ERP selection, an EHR optimization, a SOC 2 readiness program, an infrastructure refresh, a contract renegotiation.

Fractional Retainer

A set number of hours each month across engineering and executive coverage — vCIO, vCISO, or vCTO — with a named person who knows your environment.

Incident & Escalation

Coordination during an active incident or a stalled implementation, with a written plan for what happens next.

We take no vendor commissions. No referral fees. No reseller margin. We are paid by you, only by you — which is why our recommendation is worth something.

What you can expect from us.

  • A named person who knows your environment, not a rotating bench
  • Plain-language findings you can hand to a board or a lender
  • Every vendor contract read before it is signed
  • Estimates with effort and cost attached, including the option to do nothing
  • A written record: inventories, diagrams, runbooks, and decisions
  • An exit that leaves you better documented than you started

Start with an assessment.

Two to four weeks, fixed fee. You end up with a current-state picture, a risk register, and a prioritized roadmap — whether or not you work with us after that.
